• DisInformation - An encompassing collection of articles and discussions about cyberian culture and folklore. I particularly recommend the "Counter Culture" Library.
• Principia Cybernetica Web - The Principia Cybernetica Project (PCP) is an international organization whose aim is the computer-supported collaborative development of an evolutionary-systemic philosophy. Put more simply, PCP tries to tackle age-old philosophical questions with the help of the most recent cybernetic theories and technologies.
• Extropian Principles 2.5 - One of the first serious looks into what Extropianism is. I do not necessarily agree with everything here, but it is worth the read.
• HotWIRED - Not necessarily the best source for actual information, but certainly an excellent example of post-modern media and information presentation. Not to say that there is nothing substatial, HotWIRED is far superior to its print sister.
• Complex Systems Virtual Library - From Artificial life to virtual physics, this site archives hundreds of papers and links to information on Complexity.
• The EFF Net Culture Archives - About one year of my life went into collecting and writing abstracts for the articles in this archive. Any serious research of the Sociology of Cyberspace should at least include a browse.
